A top bloke, and a joy to catch up with someone from the old days in the UK. That led to a meeting with Mick Evans from Melpro Studio in Cairns, and Gordon Sheard and I ended up playing on the first album by Rebeka Rain, along with John.
I could never have imagined that one.
I love working on newspapers, always have and always will, and my plan was to do this until I retire again.
to suffer too. I am getting older, and I have to face that fact.
Or do I take the biggest step?
I don't intend to go into all that here, you can find all that information under the headings of Hunter and Demon.
The question is: do I go back? Is Leek where I should be seeing out my days?
My second son, his wife and two children are there, and my wonderful daughter is in Manchester. I've never seen my youngest granddaughter, and I'd like to see all of them. There's something about Leek that draws you back, a bit like a magnet.
I know almost everyone, well, you'd think so when I walk down the main street, and I really miss it.
Is it worth the risk? At this stage I can't say. All I can say is I don't know where's home, but I need to find out pretty soon.
