My favourite track is Mack The Knife, but listen to After You've Gone and you'll hear the best brass arrangement ever, and a Benson solo to die for. It was recorded over three nights, and everything is live, exactly as it went down. Frank's vocals are strained, but it doesn't matter. This is one album I play LOUD.
I was moved to tears as was everyone else in the audience, and I talked about nothing else for weeks. If you don't know this album, get it. This has kept me company on the highway of life, as well as the road. Perfect, just perfect.
